Survey for Poles living abroad

After a study of that gave a view on psychiatry in Poland, it's time for a survey for Poles living abroad. Wemenders Foundation decided to support persons living on emigration, looking for responsible, conscientious mental health professionals. 

Our actions not only focus on the attempt to increase access to psychological support, but above all to work with doctors and therapists. We are currently working on a project that promotes a holistic approach in working with patients and would like to ask emigrants about the beliefs of the profession of psychiatry, psychiatrist and abroad.

We invite you to fill out an anonymous questionnaire. Survey results will be used in the work of collecting, lectures and conferences. Metrical data are only statistical information. The job should take no more than 10 minutes. Many thanks for your help.
